  • Assignment preferences (nature of project, geography)

And yes, we do have a sophisticated information system and we do keep track of what you tell us. So you don’t have to repeat yourself, no matter who you’re talking to...company-wide.

Presentation

When we have opportunities that match your profile, we’ll contact you. We never submit you to a client without first getting your authorization. In return, we ask that you don’t give us authorization if you’ve already granted it to another search firm.

Once we have determined your fit for the engagement, gotten your approval, and worked out details like salary and availability, we will present your credentials to our client. But we’ll do this selectively. Remember, our ultimate objective is to form long-term, productive partnerships with both you and our clients.
